Bengal : : Male (neutered) : : Adult : : Medium
Hi there, I’m Atlas! I am a beautiful purebred bengal! The rescue im with doesn’t normal get purebred kitties but safely I had a rough start. Sometime after I was bought from a breeder I was put outside - a place I had never been before. Im not sure what I did but I don’t it deserved what happened to me next. A neighbor had kicked me in jaw and completely broke it! It also messed up where my ear sits. Luckily sometime after that I was turned into a shelter where a good rescue had taken me in and got me the medical care I needed. After 6 weeks of my jaw being wired shut and being tube fed, I was then put up for adoption. After all of these changes it messed me up some. The foster I was with noticed I started urinating outside the litter box. When I was adopted into an only cat home I still did that. Sadly after I was adopted, within a year I was given to purr paws as she was moving and unable to take me. I pee where I’m not supposed to but can you blame me? I went through a lot in just a short span of my life. I finally found my way here - to Purr Paws! Where I’ve been taken care of since. I still pee where I shouldn’t (but always poop in the box) but I get all the love and attention a boy could need! I’m hoping to find a furever home that will actually keep me for the rest of my life. I know that may be hard as I’m not an ideal cat. It may take me some time to warm up to new people but once I do I promise you won’t regret it! I love tummy rubs and head pets. They make me happy! If you are interested in adopting me and willing to give me all the care I need and love me endlessly, please fill out an online application and my foster mom will be in touch!! More about AtlasIs Not Good with Kids Special Needs: Will sometimes urinate outside the litter box due to past trauma. Read description to find out why.
